Students: use SVC + the last five of your student id (ex: SVC12345) with the default password NewEmail5. Older accounts were setup as lastname + last five of your student id (ex: smith12345) or SVCO + the last five of your student ID (ex: SVCO12345). You MUST change your password the first time you sign on.

If you don't know your username or password please call the Service Desk at 576-5053 and ask them to verify your username. They will also be able to reset your password. You will need to provide the last four digits of your social security number and your birth month and day.

Staff & Faculty: use the username and password for your College computer.

Attention students signing on for the first time with the default password:

You MUST change your password to continue.
 
When creating a new password please keep the following requirements in mind:
 
-          Passwords must be 8 characters or greater
-          Passwords must contain 3 of the following 4 character types:
               i)Uppercase characters (A - Z)
               ii)Lowercase characters (a - z)
               iii)Numbers (0 - 9)
               iv)Special characters (#, %, @ and so on)
-          New passwords cannot repeat any of the previous 6 passwords
-          Passwords cannot contain "admin" or "administrator" or part of your name
-          Passwords must be changed every 90 days
